Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Substitute Special Education Teacher to deliver content online across multiple schools.

You will adapt instruction to IEP goals, manage the learning process, and support students with diverse needs in a remote setting. The role requires a Bachelor's in Special Education, active SPED licensure, and the ability to obtain additional licenses across several states within the first days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education and an active SPED teaching license.
• Must clear required background check.
• Must obtain additional SPED licenses in at least three states by day one; up to five states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and support aligned to IEP goals.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous lessons.
• Maintain accurate records and progress toward IEP goals.
• Communicate with parents and learning coaches.
• Monitor student progress using data and adjust instruction.
