UCP of Central Florida is seeking a School Business Manager/Enrollment Specialist to lead enrollment, family support, and technology access for our new virtual charter school serving students with and without disabilities.

You will coordinate enrollment documentation, maintain SIS records, guide families through onboarding, and serve as the liaison between families, educators, and service providers in a fast-paced virtual environment that emphasizes accessibility and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of administrative support in an educational or related business environment.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and confidentiality knowledge.
• Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all student enrollment activities, including outreach to prospective families and guiding parents through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student records in the SIS and ensure compliance with charter, district, and state requirements.
• Assist families in navigating the virtual school environment and connecting them to appropriate staff.
• Lead weekly Admission Team meetings and update notes in SchoolMint.
• Provides school operations support, including reports, dashboards, and coordination related to enrollment and services.
