Job summary

UCP of Central Florida seeks an Assistant School Principal to partner with the School Principal and Leadership Team to foster a culture of high academic expectations, safety, and engaging learning for all students.

This role leads budgeting, enrollment, staffing, compliance, and data-driven improvement across 8 campuses in Central Florida, with a focus on literacy and inclusive education for students with and without disabilities in a diverse community near Kissimmee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's preferred in Elementary or Exceptional Education.
• Florida Professional or Temporary Teaching Certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Dean/Team Lead or comparable school leadership role.
• 5 years of teaching experience with diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Florida professional conduct rules and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to set vision, mission, and core values.
• Oversee budgeting, enrollment, and financial reporting.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and master scheduling; ensure teacher certification.
• Ensure compliance with Charter rules, safety and reporting requirements.
• Lead data-driven instructional improvement and interventions.
