Job summary

UCP of Central Florida is seeking a School Business Manager/Enrollment Specialist to launch and run its new virtual charter school serving students with and without disabilities. This role acts as the operational hub, overseeing enrollment, technology access, therapy scheduling, and liaison between families, educators, and service providers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, accessible, inclusive virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of administrative support in education or related environment.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting and privacy compliance.
• Experience with school operations, enrollment, or family engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to the school principal.
• Coordinate enrollment activities and maintain student records.
• Serve as primary contact for enrollment questions and onboarding.
• Lead weekly Admission Team meetings and maintain notes in SchoolMint.
• Support families with technology access and virtual platforms.
• Assist with family engagement activities and community resources.
• Oversee HR/payroll processes in Paycom and campus payroll coordination.
