Job summary

UCP of Central Florida seeks a Community Impact Specialist to lead the Community School strategy at an Orlando charter campus. You will coordinate expanded learning, attendance initiatives, and family engagement while collaborating with principals, university partners, families, and community organizations.

You will supervise the Expanded Learning Coordinator, coordinate tutoring and mentoring, and manage data collection for grant reporting, striving to remove barriers to learning and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Experience coordinating programs, partnerships, or community initiatives.
• Experience in education, youth development, or nonprofit settings preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, universities, and community organizations.
• Experience with data collection, evaluation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of Community School strategy at the site.
• Facilitate initiatives aligned with FSCS pillars: expanded learning, supports, family engagement.
• Coordinate development of the site-level Continuous Improvement Plan with needs assessments.
• Support programs to improve attendance, climate, and student well-being.
• Supervise tutoring, mentoring, enrichment and academic support programs.
• Build partnerships with universities and community organizations to support programming.
• Manage data collection and reporting for program outcomes and grant requirements.
