Stride, Inc. is seeking a School Counselor for a fully virtual role, open to all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. The position emphasizes postsecondary planning, counseling services, and data-driven student support within the K12 Private Academy program.

Required a Bachelor’s degree with preference for a School Counselor License and a Master’s in school counseling. Distance learning experience and charter school exposure are a plus; occasional travel may be needed.

• Experience with distance learning.
• Experience in a charter school environment preferred.
• Experience with state career planning systems (e.g., Pathfinder).

Responsabilidades

• Plan for postsecondary options and college/career readiness.
• Review transcripts and schedule graduation planning.
• Provide short-term counseling and refer for long-term support.
• Collaborate with staff to develop graduation plans and audits.
• Travel up to 20% for PD, testing, and related duties.
• Support standardized testing and parent education.
