The ideal candidate will bring expertise in insurance claim billing rules, payer-specific policies, and Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital Billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of people leadership experience in addition to the bachelor's or 4 years total with 3 in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Billing and Claims Management operations and supervise two supervisors and their teams.
• Drive department metrics, productivity, and patient experience improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve billing performance and efficiency.
