Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Medical Billing Certificate required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with EPIC required.
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes and AR billing required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing billing leadership to Biller/Coder staff.
• Oversee billing staff activities and availability for staff needs.
• Plan and coordinate with management on billing and collections workload.
• Assist in claims follow-up and status checks via payor outreach and EPIC.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding and billing regulations.
