Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Virtual Financial Consultant to deliver personalized retirement planning and financial guidance to participants via Zoom and phone.

You will conduct about 30 client meetings per week on retirement readiness, rollovers, and income planning, and collaborate with regional teams across territories. This hybrid role is 3-days/week onsite and offers growth into Wealth Advisory, Retirement Income Consulting, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial services.
• 1–2 years in advising and wealth management (client-facing).
• Series 7 license.
• Series 63 or Series 66 license.
• Experience in retirement planning or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual retirement planning and guidance via Zoom/phone.
• Conduct about 30 client meetings per week on retirement readiness and income planning.
• Deliver high-quality client experiences aligned with the company's values.
• Document and handle administrative duties for client engagement.
• Collaborate with regional teams across assigned territories.
