Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering nutrition-focused care across midlife and menopausal transitions via telehealth. You will conduct one-on-one video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs emphasizing metabolic health, bone and gut health.

The role offers flexible scheduling as an independent contractor with compensation per active visit hour, plus onboarding bonus and non-employment

Qualifications

• Experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling via telehealth.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication in multidisciplinary teams.
• Prescribe or recommend nutrition care plans with patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with medical providers and therapists to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients in multi-week programs to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
