Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children's health, offering 24/7 clinical care with a strong telehealth platform. As a contracted Dietitian, you will conduct video visits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.

You will control your schedule with flexible days/times, and compensation is per active visit hour, with an onboarding bonus after your first visit.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan that drives patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes and improve well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
