Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice delivering nutrition care for women and families across pregnancy, menopause, and pediatric needs. As a remote dietitian, you will conduct video visits, collaborate with a medical team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic and bone health, gut health, and wellness.

We offer freedom to set your own schedule, onboarding support, and AI tools to streamline charting, with compensation per active visit hour and a 1099

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with an active US license.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team including the patient7;s medical provider and therapist to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes and manage symptoms.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
