Staffmark Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a in-house temporary Virtual Recruiter to support our National Accounts team. The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting and staffing a variety of positions across the United States, driven by KPIs and a passion for impacting lives and our community.

You will source, hire and place candidates, analyze market trends, build a strong talent pipeline, and help grow fulfillment rates while promoting Staffmark Group in the local community.

Competenze

• 2+ years of staffing experience or direct hire experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ethical conduct and ability to work in a multi-task environment.
