Pomelo Care is seeking a registered dietitian to deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling via telehealth. You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health, bone and gut health, and weight management.

The role offers flexible scheduling, onboarding bonus after your first visit, and AI-assisted charting tools to streamline documentation.

Competenze

• National certification as RD or RD/N by the CDR with a US state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication with a collaborative mindset.

Mansioni

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
