Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join its virtual women's health practice. You will deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling via telehealth, integrated within a multidisciplinary team, and help patients manage midlife and menopausal transitions.

You'll maintain documentation, ensure privacy and compliance, and shape tailored care plans with clinical autonomy. Flexible scheduling and a per-visit compensation model support a balanced workload.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) licensed to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
