Pomelo Care is seeking a nationally licensed Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to deliver nutrition care through synchronous video visits for women and children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create cohesive care plans and guide patients through multi-week programs, providing evidence-based nutrition therapy and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes clinical independence, strong communication, and telehealth proficiency, with flexible scheduling and a 1099 contractor

Qualifications

• RD/RDN license in any US state.
• 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients over a multi-week program to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
