Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is seeking a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to deliver nutrition care via telehealth. You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and support patients through a multi-week program.

This role emphasizes evidence-based nutrition therapy, documentation, privacy and compliance, and independent clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification by CDR with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits.
