Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and support multi-week programs focused on metabolic health and bone health.

You can set your own schedule as an independent contractor, with onboarding bonus and flexible, patient-centered care across the US.

Qualifikationen

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
