Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopause transitions. As an independent contractor, you will set your own schedule and collaborate with a multi-specialty team to support patients remotely.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, document care in EMR, and maintain clinical standards while focusing on metabolic health, bone health, gut health, and lifestyle change. Requires RD/RDN license and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Nationally certified RD or RDN with licensure to practice in any US state.
Candidates licensed in multiple states encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.
Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits providing one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to deliver cohesive care plans.
Guide patients through multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic, bone, and gut health.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet privacy/compliance standards.
