Job summary
Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver compassionate virtual nutrition care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while joining a multispecialty care model and delivering one-on-one, evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth.
As an RD/RDN, you will work with a medical provider and therapist to create cohesive care plans, document accurately, and uphold privacy standards.
Qualifications
- National certification as an RD/RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
- Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multispecialty care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
- Collaborate with a multispecialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
- Guide patients through multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic and bone health.
