Job summary

Lipscomb University seeks a Mullican Studio & Volume Wall Manager to operate a state-of-the-art LED volume wall in the College of Entertainment and the Arts on the Nashville campus. You will manage real-time production, calibrations, and client interactions while coordinating bookings and student equipment.

The role requires technical setup, troubleshooting, and collaboration with VFX teams and directors to align virtual and practical elements on set.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or related field.
• Experience with LED volumes or real-time rendering is ideal but not required.
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate the volume wall and related systems during live production
• Configure and calibrate LED volume walls for color balance and fit
• Manage studio bookings and student equipment reservations
• Provide demonstrations and recommendations to clients
• Coordinate pre-production planning and scheduling
• Train students and educate teams on virtual production best practices
• Ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain inventory and document configurations
