Job summary

Trilogy Studios in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dependable LED Wall Operator to support productions at our virtual production facility. This part-time role involves setting up and operating LED walls, processing playback content, and coordinating with studio staff and clients.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with LED video systems, media servers, or virtual production tools, plus strong troubleshooting and a calm, professional demeanor under live production pressure.

Qualifications

Experience operating LED walls and video walls in production settings.
Knowledge of media servers, playback systems, and virtual production workflows.
Familiarity with Pixera, Unreal Engine, and LED processing hardware.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-service skills.
Ability to lift and move production equipment safely.
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor LED walls and related video systems during production.
Load, configure, and play back client content using media servers and playback systems.
Assist with Pixera-based playback workflows and Unreal Engine environments when required.
Perform system checks before shoots; ensure panels, processors, and networks function.
Troubleshoot content, signal, color, and hardware issues during production.
Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and clients for real-time adjustments.
Help with camera tests, stage prep, and production changeovers.
Maintain LED panels, processors, computers, cables, and studio equipment.
Document issues and communicate maintenance needs to studio management.
Keep a clean, production-ready work environment.
Follow safety procedures and protect client assets.
