Truist in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Regular Premier Banking relationship manager to serve mass affluent clients with a full suite of banking and advisory services. You will lead client engagement, coordinate with investment advisors, and drive revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, relevant securities licenses, and strong relationship-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of financial services experience with banking, investments or retail lending, or equivalent.
SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66 (63/65 in lieu) and applicable Insurance licenses must be active or acquired within 100–150 days.
Active FINRA licenses must be transferred within 60 days; SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance required within 30 days.
Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary relationship manager for mass affluent client portfolio with broad product suite.
Develop client financial plans and coordinate with advisors on investments and asset allocation.
Identify opportunities to expand services and meet revenue growth goals.
Maintain compliant portfolio and collaborate with product specialists and IRM partners.
Build external relationships with centers of influence to drive business development.
