Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Premier Banker to manage a portfolio of mass affluent client relationships. You will deliver a broad range of banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance solutions with a client-centric approach.

You will leverage a referral network, maintain client profiles, and work with internal partners to provide integrated financial advice and services. A strong background in relationship management and sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Experience with financial services products and advisory concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients.
• Sell, deliver and provide ongoing service for a broad range of fee income and retail banking products.
• Establish and periodically update understanding of client financial needs and conditions based on profiling and financial planning analysis.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services.
• Develop working relationships with internal product and service specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
