Job summary

Truist is seeking a candidate to act as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio. The role delivers a broad range of banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance services with a focus on personalized client care.

You will leverage Truist’s referral network, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with internal specialists to provide integrated solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services training.
• Five years of financial services experience with banking, investments and/or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning and investment concepts.
• SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66 and applicable insurance licenses active or obtainable within 100–150 days.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients and grow the portfolio.
• Profile client needs and coordinate with a financial advisor on investments.
• Stay current on market trends impacting mass affluent clients.
• Meet revenue, profitability and retention goals through new and expanded services.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, planning and investments.
• Build relationships with external centers of influence to drive growth.
• Work within audit, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Support Premier Banking program implementation and policy development.
