Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Premier Banker to serve as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio within the Truist footprint, delivering personalized financial planning and a broad range of retail solutions including banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance. Leverage the Truist referral network to grow client acquisition and deliver holistic advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum of five years financial services experience with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and applicable Insurance licenses or obtained within 100-150 days.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients.
• Sell, deliver and service a broad range of banking, mortgage, investments and insurance products.
• Develop client relationships and meet revenue growth and retention goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Relationship Management partners to provide integrated services.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends affecting mass affluent clients and advise accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory framework and bank policies.
