AO Globe Life is seeking professionals to join a fully remote team. You will build client relationships, guide enrollment and provide clear, professional support throughout the process. You will lead virtual consultations and grow through ongoing mentorship and licensing assistance.

This is an inbound-leads, commission-based role with weekly pay and a focus on service-minded delivery. Training and licensing support are provided to help you progress into leadership.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide your own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
