AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team and currently hiring. This 100% remote, independent contractor role is open to recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, with full training and mentorship provided.

You will conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, enroll clients in personalized supplemental benefit options, build long-term client relationships, and handle documentation with accuracy. Incomes are commission-based with performance bonuses and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable internet and a Windows PC with webcam.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Self-driven and organized, comfortable working independently.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
