We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist.

The Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.

In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage according to a plan of action. Additionally, they will manage territory information and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you should be able to…

  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospective customers to deliver sales presentations.
  • Develop and follow a daily/weekly call schedule for comprehensive coverage.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and staff using educational resources.
  • Build trust through professional communication in a virtual setting.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2+ years of pharma sales experience
  • Strong skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools, CRM software, and computer applications
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply disease and product knowledge in a compliant manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred:

  • Experience in virtual/inside healthcare sales
