We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist.

The Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage according to a plan of action. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing territory information and ensuring compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospects to deliver sales presentations.
  • Develop and follow a daily/weekly call schedule for effective coverage of targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Clearly communicate the clinical benefits and value of the product using educational resources.
  • Build trust and credibility through professional communication in a virtual setting.

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-confidence, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools, CRM software, and general computer applications
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply disease state and product knowledge in a compliant manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
