We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist. The Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

In this role, you will plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of your territory according to a plan of action. You will also manage territory information and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospective customers to deliver sales presentations.
  • Develop and follow a call schedule to cover targets efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Articulate the clinical benefits of products to HCPs and staff using educational resources.
  • Build trust through professional communication in a virtual setting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharma sales experience
  • Strong skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools, CRM, and computer applications
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply disease state and product knowledge
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in virtual/inside healthcare sales
