This role involves leading the transformation of healthcare by providing outbound marketing, disease state education, and inbound customer support in a virtual environment, engaging with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.

The Virtual Sales Specialist will implement marketing plans, deliver sales presentations, organize territory activities, and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to promote products.
• Develop and maintain a call schedule for effective coverage.
• Accurately record interactions in CRM systems.
• Explain clinical benefits of products to healthcare professionals.
• Build trust through professional communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• At least 2 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Over 1 year of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience.
• Understanding of medical/scientific concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
