We are seeking a talented Virtual Sales Specialist to join our team.

This role is part of our Deployment Solutions team, partnering with top pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide innovative, efficient solutions for the industry.

Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for outbound marketing, disease state education, and inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment, engaging with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff.

The VSS implements the client's marketing plan by delivering effective sales presentations to current and prospective customers. They will organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of their territory, maintaining accurate records and complying with reporting and regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for you if you can…

  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospects to deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Develop a call schedule to ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  • Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Clearly communicate the clinical benefits and value of products to healthcare professionals using educational resources.
  • Build trust and credibility through professional virtual communication.

You are a good fit if you have…

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree.
  • At least 2 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Strong selling, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Preferred qualifications include…

  • Over 1 year of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate complex product information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks across systems.
