We are seeking a talented Virtual Sales Specialist to join our team.

The Virtual Sales Specialist will engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring follow-up and conversion. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.

The role involves planning and organizing activities within the assigned territory to ensure consistent coverage according to a plan of action. The specialist will also manage territory information and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospective customers to deliver sales presentations.
• Develop and follow a daily/weekly call schedule for comprehensive territory coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Articulate the clinical benefits and value of products using educational resources.
• Build trust through professional communication in a virtual setting.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2+ years of pharma sales experience
• Expertise in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools, CRM, and computer applications
• Ability to quickly learn and apply disease state and product knowledge in a compliant manner
