Formación

• 1 year inside/outside sales with proven success.
• Customer-service background with ability to develop new business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Sell cruise vacation packages via calls, texts, emails, and social channels.
• Present cruise products and provide travel recommendations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Manage CRM and schedule follow-ups to close sales.
• Attend trainings to stay current on product features and pricing.
