Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Medical Management & Transition Team to provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for virtual-based care programs. You will oversee daily operations, quality outcomes, staff performance, and regulatory compliance across ED-to-Home transitions and intensive care coordination.

The role emphasizes safe, patient-centered care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, timely follow-up, and population health strategies to advance Mercy’s mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Four years of experience in clinical specialty or related area.
• Preferred: BS/MS; two years supervisory/management experience.
