Job summary

Amaze Health is recruiting a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our virtual care team. This is a flexible, on-demand role with a strong focus on patient-first solutions delivered through video or secure chat.

In this hybrid position, you’ll diagnose, order tests, guide treatment, and collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate care. Applicants must hold an APP license (NP PA) and have 4+ years of clinical practice; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license (NP or PA).
• NP compact license preferred for NPs.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes via video or secure chat to understand illness.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using patient history and remote tools.
• Guide care decisions by ordering and interpreting labs and coordinating care.
• Prescribe with clarity and explain usage and side effects in virtual or written form.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to ensure seamless care.
