Job summary

Amaze Health seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated virtual care team. This remote, on-demand role requires a minimum of four years of clinical practice in primary, family, urgent, or emergency care, an active APP license (NP compact license accepted), and strong digital literacy for video or secure chat patient interactions.

Applicants must reside in AZ, CO, IL, MO, OH, PA or TX.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license; NP compact license accepted.
• Minimum four years of care experience in primary, family, urgent, or emergency settings.
• Strong communication and digital literacy for virtual care; bilingual EN/ES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ask thoughtful questions via video or secure chat to understand underlying issues behind illness or injury.
• Provide accurate diagnoses using clinical history and remote tools.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs to coordinate each patient’s care plan.
• Prescribe electronically and explain usage, administration, and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver coordinated care.
• Innovate with patient-centered solutions in a virtual care environment.
