Job summary

Amaze Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our virtual care team. This role requires active APP licensure and at least four years in primary, family, urgent, or emergency care. We value empathy, strong communication, and digital literacy for a remote environment.

Position is remote nationwide with a Denver-area office option for in-person work; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Pay ranges from $55–70/hr with comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP licensure required.
• Minimum 4 years of care experience (primary/family/urgent or emergency).
• Strong communication and digital literacy for virtual care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes through questions via video or chat.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using history and remote tools.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on lab tests to coordinate care.
• Prescribe electronically and explain usage, side effects, and proper administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to deliver coordinated care.
• Innovate with patient-centered solutions in a virtual care setting.
