Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our virtual care team. This full-time, remote role delivers patient-first care through video and secure chat, supporting patients with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health needs.

We require an APP license, four or more years of clinical experience, and strong digital communication skills. English fluency is essential; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as an APP (NPs must hold a compact nursing license).
• Minimum of four years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care.
• Strong communication and digital literacy to connect with patients virtually.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes through video or secure chat.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical history and remote tools.
• Guide care decisions and coordinate labs/tests.
• Prescribe with clarity and explain usage and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs for seamless care.
• Innovate patient-centered solutions in virtual care.
