Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dedicated virtual care team. We welcome APPs who value empathy, continuous learning, and delivering patient-first solutions in a flexible, on-demand environment.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted APP license.
NPs must hold a compact nursing license.
Minimum of four years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care.

Responsibilities

Uncover root causes through questions in video or secure chat.
Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical history and remote tools.
Guide care decisions by ordering and interpreting labs and coordinating care plans.
Prescribe medications electronically and explain usage and side effects clearly.
Collaborate with physicians and APPs for coordinated patient care.
Innovate in responding to virtual care challenges with patient-centered solutions.
