Amaze Health seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our virtual care team. You will provide patient-first care in a flexible, on-demand environment, diagnosing and guiding treatment during virtual visits.

Work with physicians and APPs to deliver seamless, high-quality care from any US location. Strong communication and digital literacy are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license required.
• Minimum of four (4) years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes through video or secure chat to understand illness.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical history and remote tools.
• Guide care decisions by ordering and interpreting labs and coordinating care plans.
• Prescribe medications electronically with clear instructions and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and other APPs for coordinated patient care.
• Innovate care delivery to adapt to virtual care challenges.
