Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Virginia Nurse Practitioner to join our remote-first care team delivering telehealth neurology and memory care for patients. You will assess, plan, and manage treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians, educate families, and maintain EMR documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in neurology/memory care, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication with patients facing cognitive decline. This is a full-time, remote position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Virginia; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Virginia to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
