Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, education or related field.
• Five years of educational experience.
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Demonstrable leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
• Ability to travel 20%.
• Experience as an online/virtual educator.
• State License as a School Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conformance of educational programs to state and local standards through evaluation, development and coordination activities.
• Research and implement non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards.
• Manage Master and Lead Teachers and programs.
• Articulate the school's mission and vision; coordinate with stakeholders in a virtual environment.
• Confer with teachers, students, and parents concerning educational and behavioral issues.
• Coordinate with enrollment regarding expulsions and withdrawals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and oversee Academic Improvement Plan.
