Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Virtual Member Service Representative to build relationships and deliver high quality service to members via ITMs and other digital platforms.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and account maintenance while promoting Everwise products. Maintain confidentiality, solve problems, and meet referral goals through proactive engagement and cross‑selling within policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of retail sales, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level member service per Everwise service standards.
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Identify member needs and promote appropriate financial products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and comply with policies.
