Job summary

Everwise Credit Union and its South Bend location are seeking a Member Services Representative to assist members by phone and other channels, answering questions, performing transactions, and resolving issues to enhance member relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in financial services or 2+ years in customer service/call center.
