America's Credit Union in DuPont, WA is hiring a Virtual Member Service Representative (VMSR) to assist members through an ITM and video interactions in our Member Contact Center.

Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year in a financial institution, a high school diploma, and be bondable. The role features day shifts, competitive hourly pay, full benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement within ACU.

Responsibilities

• Help credit union members with transactions through the interactive teller machine (ITM).
• Bring a strong video communication/presence and be comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera with members via video access.
• Handle savings, loans, checks, and more.
• Process incoming mail.
• Be a team player and learn new things in meetings and training sessions.
• Share your excitement for our products and services with members.

If you've got six months to one year of financial institution experience and love a good challenge, we want you on our team!

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 09:30am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

The Pay Range

$18.02 - $29.89 per hour

What You'll Do

• Help credit union members with transactions through the interactive teller machine (ITM)
