Job summary

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. This full-time, remote role supports members with digital tools and financial transactions, leveraging Salesforce to track referrals.

As part of the MVP-1 Team, you will greet members professionally, reconcile daily totals, and uphold BSA and regulatory standards while growing with a values-driven credit union.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture
• Provides a seamless member interaction in line with member expectations of an in-person teller transaction
• Accurately and efficiently assist members by performing financial transactions
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce) to track member referrals and non-member encounters for accurate recording of services provided
• Accurately reconcile daily totals at the close of the business day
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with credit union or regulatory standards and policies, with particular attention to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the SAFE Act
• Adhere to credit union and departmental policies and procedures
