Job summary

AmeriCU Credit Union in Liverpool, NY is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative I to deliver exceptional member experiences. This part-time role supports ITM transactions, teller duties, and relationship building with members.

You’ll identify member needs, refer products, document interactions in the CRM, and help onboard new teammates. Starting pay $19.84–$24.80 per hour, incentives possible, and benefits align with part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture.
• Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services.
• Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships.
• Meet or exceed performance and service goals.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed.
• Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system.
• Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements.
• Actively participate in community engagement initiatives.
