Job summary

My Virtual Physician is seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant to greet and assist patients remotely, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate records in Athena EMR. You will support providers with documentation and follow-up tasks while handling high volumes of patient inquiries through Birdeye channels.

This role offers flexible remote work options and the opportunity to work either as a 1099 contractor or as an employed staff member, with a focus on accuracy and patient experience.
